The Problem

Stop paying upfront for leads that never become real consultations

If you've bought remodeling leads or hired an agency, you know how it goes. You pay for activity — not consultations, not opportunities. Activity.

  • Retainers due before a single result exists
  • Ad budgets you fund with no guarantee anything comes back
  • "Leads" who wanted a faucet swapped — or a $9,000 budget miracle
  • Homeowners who stop answering the same afternoon
  • No-shows sitting on your sales team's calendar
  • The same lead sold to three of your competitors

The Offer

We take the marketing risk

RCF flips the model. Instead of paying for marketing and hoping it produces consultations, you pay for the consultation itself — and only when the homeowner actually shows up.

01

We fund the advertising

Our budget, our risk — running only inside your protected territory.

02

We attract full-remodel homeowners

Full or substantial kitchen remodels. Not repairs, not refacing-only projects.

03

We qualify every homeowner

Ownership, scope, budget, timeline, and service area — confirmed directly, never a form fill alone.

04

We book your calendar directly

Your team sees the consultation the moment it's scheduled.

05

We handle the reminders

Confirmation and reminder sequence before every appointment.

06

You pay only when they attend

A qualified homeowner, in the room. That is the entire billing event.

Qualification

"Qualified" has a written definition here

Before any consultation reaches your calendar, the homeowner must clear every item — agreed with you in writing before launch.

We qualify the opportunity. We don't promise the homeowner will buy — your presentation, pricing, and follow-up determine that.
  • Owns the property, or is an authorized decision-maker
  • Inside your agreed territory
  • Wants a full or substantial kitchen remodel
  • Meets your agreed minimum budget — typically $25,000+
  • Realistic timeline, generally starting within about six months
  • Confirms the appointment time and agrees to attend
  • Delivered exclusively to your company — never shared, never resold

Pricing Posture

What's not on your invoice

This is lower-risk, performance-based client acquisition. You pay for a defined result: a qualified homeowner in the room.

Ideal Partner

Built for established kitchen remodeling companies

We approve one primary partner per territory, so we're selective about who we work with.

The program fits companies that

  • Focus on full kitchen remodels
  • Maintain a $30,000+ average project value
  • Run a sales or design team — not a one-person operation
  • Can handle 10+ additional consultations per month
  • Hold a strong local reputation and reviews
  • Use a CRM and a shared sales calendar
  • Can serve a clearly defined territory

Not the right fit

  • New companies without a sales process
  • Repair-only, refacing-only, or countertop-only work
  • Anyone looking for guaranteed signed projects
  • Teams with no capacity for more consultations

If that's you, this program isn't right — and we'll tell you that on the review call.

Territory Protection

One remodeling partner per territory

Every consultation we generate is exclusive, which means we can only work with one primary remodeling partner in any given area. Your territory is defined together — by ZIP codes, cities, or counties — before anything launches.

Because of that, availability is genuinely limited and approval is not automatic. We review your project focus, average project value, capacity, and reputation before confirming a territory. When a territory is taken, it's taken.

1

Apply for your territory

Two-minute application covering your service area, project values, and capacity.

2

We confirm the fit

A short review call to agree on project criteria, minimum budget, territory boundaries, and calendar capacity.

3

We launch the advertising

Funded by RCF, inside your protected territory only.

4

Consultations hit your calendar

Confirmed, reminded, and exclusive to you.

Risk Reversal

Pay for attendance, not promises

You don't pay a monthly marketing retainer and you don't fund the advertising campaign. You purchase attended-consultation credits, and a credit is used only when a qualified homeowner attends — subject to the agreed qualification and client-response requirements.

If the homeowner doesn't meet the written qualification criteria, or doesn't attend, that's covered by the attendance and credit policy in your agreement.

Full qualification and credit terms are provided before you commit.
